Smithtown, NYC, June 23, 2015 – Prosperity Plus advised Addtronics on its strategic merger with ID Group. For ID Group, headquartered in Ridgeland, MS, the merger with Addtronics represents the first of what will be a series of strategic mergers and acquisitions to expand its footprint while furthering the continued growth of BadgePass™, its software subsidiary.
Addtronics, based in Oklahoma City, OK will continue operations with President, Casey Cook leading the team. Cook commented, “I am very excited about our plan going forward. This merger will provide the opportunity for me to do what I love, which is spend more time with customers and less time in the office. It will also bolster our already strong product and service offerings to include expanded BadgePass™ support and products as well TotalCard solutions.”
ID Group President, Phillip King, said, “Our goal is to partner with strong companies with a proven track record and Addtronics certainly fits the bill. We look forward to leveraging the business knowledge, customer base and local commitment of the team. This merger is a big step in our long-term plan for complete North American coverage of BadgePass and TotalCard, and also helps to strengthen each individual dealership by being a part of a larger organization.”
Addtronics will continue to operate much as it did prior to the merger. Its entire team remains on board and the office location and contact information remains the same. As a result, customers can continue to expect the same great local service and support they are used to receiving from Addtronics.
The details of the transaction are confidential. Prosperity Plus will be assisting ID Group with acquisitions and mergers going forward.
