Array of Toshiba Multifunction Products Meet Mopria’s Rigorous Mobile Print Standard
Irvine, CA, May 5, 2015 – Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. today announced that 28 Toshiba e-STUDIO™ multifunction printers (MFPs) have attained certification by the Mopria™ Alliance for meeting its mobile printing standards for the Android™ operating system.
The Mopria Alliance – which Toshiba joined in September 2014 – is a nonprofit membership organization that promotes wireless printing from smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices. The organization’s aim is to bring together the mobile, software and print industries with the goal of aligning to a standard that ensures universal printing compatibility from any mobile device to any printer anywhere.
