March 31, 2015 – Mike Dudek served as legal counsel and provided legal advice and services to Robert Tatalovich and Vegas Valley Office Machines on the sale of Vegas Valley’s assets to Ray Morgan Company. Terms of the transaction are confidential.

Vegas Valley Office Machines, located in Las Vegas, was owned and operated by Robert Tatalovich who started the business in 2003. Vegas Valley is a Lanier (Ricoh) office equipment dealer that sells, services and supplies the full line of Lanier copiers, printers and multi-functional products to customers through Clark County Nevada which is home to almost three-fourths of the Nevada population. Vegas Valley also sells RISO, Duplo, MBM and Lexmark office equipment. Robert Tatalovich will remain with the business as General Manager of Ray Morgan’s Las Vegas branch.
