April 9, 2015 – We are proud to announce that The State Intellectual Property Office of the PRC has officially declared the invalid patent infringement accusation raised by Zhuhai CTC Electronic Co Ltd on Print-Rite’s CoLiDo 1.0 3D printer product design (Case reference 201330341637 and 201320463657). This means all patent infringement accusations on Print-Rite’s CoLiDo 3D printer are invalid.
We have to stress that we respect intellectual property rights. This is a core part of our DNA as being a leader in the aftermarket industry. We carry on outperforming ourselves in innovation and setting standards in the industry.
As a matter of fact, 78 patents have been granted to Print-Rite’s CoLiDo 3D printer range, of which 38 are granted on the basic of invention and 3 have PCT patent application in progress now.
