Fort Worth, TX—Thursday, April 02, 2015 – ECi Software Solutions (www.ECiSolutions.com) today announced the acquisition of Naverisk Limited, the developer of a SaaS-based Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Service Desk solution designed to help managed services providers (MSPs) and other IT service professionals support their customers more effectively. This acquisition furthers ECi’s mission of empowering the entrepreneurial spirit and profitable growth of small to medium sized businesses worldwide by expanding its breadth of service offerings.

Naverisk founder and CEO Jon Kalaugher expressed similar sentiments and excitement regarding the acquisition.
