April 20, 2015 – DEX Imaging, Inc., the largest independent document imaging dealer in the Southeastwith 2014 revenues exceeding $150,000,000, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Mid-South Digital headquartered in Memphis, TN. This is the first of several acquisitions slated for 2015 that will increase DEX Imaging’s annual revenues beyond $200 million.
In a statement at the closing, Dan Doyle Jr, DEX Imaging’s CEO, said, “The addition of Mid-South bolsters DEX Imaging’s dominance in Tennessee and expands our branch operations footprint to include the state of Mississippi and eastern Arkansas. We are pleased to welcome Mid-South to our DEX network.”
