MAXfocus introduces integrated email security, continuity, and archive in its leading remote management platform
Edinburgh –4th December, 2014 – LogicNow has today announced that MAXfocus, the world’s most widely trusted managed service provider (MSP) and IT support platform, has integrated its MAX MailProtection and MAX MailArchive services into its MAX RemoteManagement platform.
This integration creates a global remote management platform that allows MSPs to provide comprehensive support for their customer’s IT infrastructure – including their email security and/or archive – all from a single dashboard.
Email security is a need for all business customers. MSPs can save time by deploying, configuring, and managing the MAX Mail services for their customers, using the same platform they already use to manage other aspects of their customers’ IT infrastructure and services. Additionally, the integration provides MSPs with better visibility into the operational status of their customers’ email systems, with automatic alerting in the event of inbound and/or outbound delivery issues, allowing them to provide more proactive support and better client service levels.
The MAX MailProtection service offers robust spam and virus protection combined with built-in email continuity that allows customers continued access to email in the event of an issue with their on-premise or cloud-based email infrastructure. The MAX MailArchive service, available with MAX MailProtection or on its own, provides customers with a geographically distributed, cloud-based email archive to help customers meet government or industry compliance requirements, improve productivity, and protect intellectual property. The MAX Mail services are used by tens of thousands of organizations across the globe, and are fully rebrandable for the MSP at every customer touch point.
The integration of the MAX Mail services with the MAX RemoteManagement platform allows MSPs to improve their operational efficiency and responsiveness, through better visibility into what remains the most critical communications tool for most or all of their customers.
