Dec. 22, 2014 – INTEGRAL, one of the largest independent European manufacturers of toner powder for copying and printing systems, would like to announce that it has reached an agreement with Swiss company Pelikan Hardcopy Production AG, regarding the acquisition of the bulk toner business for use in Brother applications, from the latter.
Pelikan Hardcopy Production AG has been a leader in the manufacture of monochrome and colour toner powder, for the remanufacturing industry for Brother applications in Europe, supported by its high quality products. From now on, INTEGRAL will be producing and supplying the bulk toner products for use in Brother, formerly developed by Pelikan Hardcopy Production AG, keeping the recipes and know-how and maintaining therefore the exact same quality and high standards known to customers. With this new business area, INTEGRAL is aimed at bringing continuity for former Pelikan customers as well as at widening its product range, by offering this new set of products to existing and new INTEGRAL customers.
INTEGRAL has an extensive toner production capacity that includes two state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in Europe, with location in Oyonnax in France and in Kerken, Germany and is ruled by the highest quality standards in the industry, providing its customers with top-performing toners.
