ITC Systems Appoints New President

Toronto, ON – November 24, 2014 – Consistent growth over the past year has led ITC Systems to an internal reorganization that will see Chris Mitchele, currently the company’s General Manager, take over the position of President of the company, effective immediately.

Mr. Mitchele joined ITC Systems last January after holding progressive leadership positions at small businesses and large corporations and he brings to his new position with ITC Systems a strong expertise in the areas of change management, lean manufacturing, six sigma and business process improvement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Queen’s University. He is also a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

“Chris has done a spectacular job in his role as General Manager of ITC Systems and I am very pleased to relinquish the President’s position to him,” says Campbell Richardson, the Founder and CEO of ITC Systems who has been functioning as President of the company since its inception in 1989.

“He has brought exceptional insights and a great deal of powerful energy to his commitment to ITC Systems and I’m sure he will do a fantastic job heading up the company going forward.  I look forward to the new structure at ITC Systems and feel that this will propel us to even more highs and successes in future.”

Mr. Richardson will continue on in his role as Chief Executive Officer of ITC Systems and will maintain an assertive focus on the strategic direction of the company going forward.

“I am honoured by the responsibility that has been given to me,” Mr. Mitchele says. “I am truly excited about the opportunity that I see ahead for ITC Systems and look forward to working together with our team to scale the business.  We remain deeply committed to providing the best solutions for our customers today and tomorrow.”
