Top Managed Services Provider Sales Leader, Paul Balkwell Joins Continuum as European Sales Director
BOSTON and LONDON, Oct. 28, 2014 – Continuum, the industry’s only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, has extended its managed IT services internationally, opening a European Headquarters office in the Thames Valley region of England, a growing technology hub outside of London. Paul Balkwell has joined the company as European Sales Director, responsible for driving revenue growth through its current Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners as well as through the recruitment of new partners in the region. He was previously Director and UK General Manager at Micropoint Managed Services, a highly successful MSP that was recently acquired and was one of Continuum’s leading MSP partners in the UK for more than a decade.

With over 22 years of experience in IT, Paul Balkwell has built successful growth strategies for managed IT services, systems integration and software solutions. Most recently, he was Head of Managed IT Services at IP Integration in the UK. He was also New Business Sales Manager at Business Relations International for several years. He has been instrumental in the set up and delivery of multi-million dollar recurring revenue managed services business and has delivered complex multi-year IT services to both the public and private sectors, SME and enterprise. He has successfully built sales revenue organically and through acquisitions.

He is joined by Iain McLeod, Owner of Computer Troubleshooters, the largest international network of locally owned and operated IT service franchise offices. Paul is responsible for building the Continuum team in Europe.
