Most dealers are incredibly busy this time of year, which makes efficiency all the more invaluable in order to keep operations humming. Some companies, however, have taken multitasking to another level.
CFBT certainly doesn’t waste any time. This week, the suburban Buffalo dealership announced it had added three companies—Duplicating Consultants Inc., Buffalo Copier & Imaging Solutions Inc. and Ambind Corp.—to its stable. All three companies are local to CFBT and enable the Tonawanda, New York-based dealership to bolster its product and service proposition in western New York.
In another deal announced this week, Watchkeep—a wholly independent subsidiary of Fraser Advanced Information Systems—bolstered its managed IT value proposition with the acquisition of Computer Management and Marketing Associates. On the manufacturer side, Sharp swung a deal for Allstar Business Machines in Florida. Here’s a look at each deal.
CFBT President David Scibetta is confident the acquisitions will further solidify the dealer as a one-stop shop for comprehensive office technology solutions in Buffalo and Rochester. “Each of these organizations has built a strong reputation for quality service and customer commitment,” he said. “We are positioned to offer even greater value to our clients while continuing to uphold the standards of excellence that our customers expect.”
The deals enhance CFBT’s ability to drive value through document management, imaging solutions and binding technologies. Tammy Thrush, a 30-year industry specialist, is among a core of personnel additions that include service techs and logistics coordinators. Many of the account managers will be coming aboard, and CFBT is in the process of rebranding the companies’ service vehicle fleets.
All service agreements forged by the trio will be honored by CFBT.
Here is a rundown of the strengths each acquisition brings to the fold:
Duplicating Consultants Inc. brings decades of experience in print management and office automation, providing businesses with tailored solutions to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency and reduce printing costs. With a strong emphasis on managed print services, it has helped organizations optimize document processes, implement secure printing solutions and improve overall productivity through advanced office technology.
Buffalo Copier & Imaging Solutions Inc. has been a trusted provider of imaging and copier services, offering high-quality MFPs, scanners and digital imaging solutions designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. With a commitment to cutting-edge technology, it has equipped organizations with the latest advancements in document reproduction, security and efficiency, ensuring seamless and reliable office operations.
Ambind Corp. specializes in professional binding and finishing solutions, helping businesses create high-quality, polished document presentations that make a lasting impact. From thermal and wire binding to laminating and booklet-making, it has been the trusted choice for companies seeking to enhance the professionalism and durability of their printed materials. With expertise in high-volume production environments, Ambind provides customized finishing solutions tailored to each business’s unique branding and operational requirements.
Scibetta is confident the additions will allow CFBT to better serve its clients with an expanded portfolio of products and services, ensuring businesses can access the latest innovations in document management, imaging and finishing.
