International Mailing Equipment-MMS West
International Mailing Equipment (IME) has acquired MMS West, a mailing and shipping systems dealership in Reno, Nevada. Prosperity Plus acted as an advisor to IME owner and President Rob Biedenweg throughout the transaction.
With the purchase of MMS West, IME expands its footprint in northern California and Nevada. MMS West is an affiliate of Albuquerque-based General Mailing & Shipping Systems which is owned and operated by Kristen and Aaron Briggs.
