For the second time in as many weeks, Tampa, Florida-based DEX Imaging has added to its stable of new acquisitions, this time reaching into Salt Lake City to pluck Imaging Concepts LLC.
Imaging Concepts also has Utah branch locations in Brigham City, Cedar City and Vernal. Founded in 2003 and later acquired by President/Owner Scott Stebbing, Imaging Concepts is a Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta and Risograph dealership with a stellar reputation for quality service throughout the Rocky Mountain States.
“We are pleased to join forces with a company that shares our same value proposition for quality,” Stebbing said. “DEX Imaging has a proven track record of innovation and service excellence from which our customers and employees will enjoy long-term benefits.”
Added DEX Imaging CEO Dan Doyle Jr., “The acquisition of Imaging Concepts serves as DEX Imaging’s springboard for expansion into the Western United States. Having known Scott Stebbing for decades and witnessing his outstanding business ethics and solid leadership skills, we are confident in taking this next geographic step with him at the helm.”
