Industry acquisitions continue to trickle in at a slow but consistent pace, and this week saw a pair of announced deals. UBEO Business Services obtained Digitech Office Machines of Louisiana, its largest acquisition within the Bayou State.
Meanwhile, GoodSuite pulled off the largest deal in company history, adding fellow California firm Select Business Systems.
UBEO, one of the fastest-growing business technology and managed services companies in the United States, has acquired Digitech Office Machines in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Digitech Office Machines has been serving Lafayette and the surrounding communities since 1979. Prior to 1998, Digitech was branded as CopyData. Digitech has been aggressively focused on serving the local business community as well as many charitable organizations.

GoodSuite Acquires Select Business Systems
