For this southward expansion, Impact has partnered with industry veterans — and local Texans — Scott Copeland and Casey Vaughan, president and COO of Impact Texas, respectively.

Since opening operations on the West Coast in 2017, Impact has continued to grow year over year and experience rapid success. In Texas, Impact will bring the same localized approach to service that clients in the Midwest and West Coast have come to know and expect.
In recent years, Texas has seen a unique shift, increasing rapidly in population and diversifying in industries. Houston, one of the biggest and fastest-growing markets in the country, will be the first location for Impact Texas, with plans to expand into Austin, Dallas and San Antonio. The Texas market has been missing a managed service provider that can offer true digital transformation solutions and world-class local support, and Impact is perfectly placed to fill this gap.
