The month of January is certain to offer plenty of news regarding mergers and acquisitions, particularly deals that were largely completed toward the end of 2019, but not made official until the start of the New Year. Two such deals involve EO Johnson Business Technologies and Kelley Imaging Systems.
EO Johnson Business Technologies has acquired print finishing equipment and media solutions company Standard Dynamics, based in Burnsville, Minnesota. The move extends EO Johnson’s Production Print division to include additional finishing equipment, supplies, service and expertise for the benefit of customers. The acquisition was finalized Jan. 3.

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Tongass Business Center Inc., an Alaska dealer, and its owners Marvin and Lani Davis on the sale of assets to Kelley Imaging Systems, Inc. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
Tongass Business Center, headquartered in Ketchikan, Alaska, with a branch office in Juneau, was owned and operated by Marvin and Lani Davis since 1995. An independent office products and machine dealer, Tongass was authorized by Sharp, HP, S.P. Richards, Essendant and Hon, and provided customers throughout Southeast Alaska with document imaging solutions, including office equipment, services, supplies and furniture.
