Visual Edge Technology Acquires Benchmark Business Solutions

Visual Edge Technology Inc. has completed the acquisition of Benchmark Business Solutions, one of the leading independent office solutions and document management dealers in the United States. Benchmark Business Solutions is headquartered in Lubbock, TX.

It is Visual Edge’s seventh acquisition in 2017 and 17th during the past several years.

Benchmark provides sales and service of Xerox multifunctional products, MBM finishing equipment, Square 9 office solution software, Print Smart, managed print services, and IT/MNS solutions. Benchmark will give Visual Edge coverage across Texas with 11 branch locations and another in New Mexico.

Jeff Horn, president of Benchmark, stated, “In a rapidly consolidating industry, it is extremely important for us to operate from a stronger competitive position while remaining an independent business within the Visual Edge Office Solutions family.”

Benchmark has been serving Texas and New Mexico in the office solutions and managed provider service industries since 1994. Horn and his senior management team will continue in their current capacity in leading the company.
