If the touch screen on the control panel is unresponsive or failing to in specific areas, follow these steps to calibrate it:
- Turn the product Off.
- Press and hold the number key (#) and the Clear key ©) while turning the product on. A dot will display in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Release the # and C keys.
- Touch the dot with a blunt object, such as a pencil eraser, and another dot will display in the lower right corner.
- Touch that dot and wait for the product to continue the startup sequence.
- If after performing a control panel calibration the issue persists, replace the control panel.
