Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE) manufactures an extensive line of high-quality Intelligently Re-engineered™ monochrome, color, MICR and JUMBO (extra high yield) toner cartridges. MSE owns and operates more than 260,000 square feet of manufacturing and business space in California and Pennsylvania. All MSE products are exclusively and proudly manufactured in the USA. MSE is a family-owned company. Through hard work and dedication, the Wazana brothers, Avi and Yoel, have created a world-class USA based organization where technical innovation serves as the guiding principle of how they approach the market. Avi and Yoel Wazana were recognized as an ‘Industry Founding Father’ in 2008 when they were inducted into the inaugural Recharger Magazine Hall of Fame. In 1994, MSE opened their doors as a cartridge reseller. After suffering through the turmoil of selling inferior quality products, MSE took a different path. Yoel decided that he could and would manufacture his own product and it would be the highest quality product available. The company immediately switched from a retail model to 100% wholesale and relinquished its customers to their first dealers. From their inception, MSE has reinvested heavily into Research and Development and its technical personnel and infrastructure. This has resulted in MSE being awarded with 11 patents and 20 more patents pending.

MSE understands the human element is a key component in cartridge re-engineeringing. Cartridges are produced by people.  A cartridge can be no better than the people who design it, manufacture it, test it, pack it, sell it, promptly ship to the correct address and warranty it.

A prime example of MSE’s continual quest to provide value to its dealers is the recent hiring of Luke Goldberg to their senior management team. As Senior Vice President and a respected veteran of the industry, Luke is helping to pilot the strategic direction of the company and global expansion of the MSE branded products. Luke is a respected industry leader who is well known for his keen industry insight; including manufacturing, marketing, global trends and OEM strategies.

One key differentiator of MSE versus others in the space is that MSE prides itself on providing after sales support. Luke is a firm believer in the empowerment of the MSE staff with the highest level of training and market intelligence. “It is MSE’s sales staff goal to approach its customers with a “consultative sales” approach whereby we are an extension of our customers marketing, sales, and research teams,” says Luke.

MSE utilizes 31 patents and patent-pending technologies, including innovative tools, parts, and techniques that produce a product line that is a more profitable option for dealers, distributors, and retailers when compared with the OEMs offerings. Craig Faczan explains, “Managed Print Solutions is the most talked about segment of our industry these days. In an MPS sales situation, an inferior cartridge can cause costly and unnecessary service calls as well as reduced yield and the correlating reduced margin. Managed Print Services has shifted the cost of providing supplies directly to the servicing dealer. More than ever before the yield, quality and dependability are being quantified. MPS providers should mandate their suppliers utilize the same page yield testing as the OEMs thus ensuring both yield, and print quality throughout the ENTIRE life of the cartridge. We feel that our products are a superior choice; offering the quality and reliability that both our customers and prospects can appreciate.”
