Kevin Tetu, President and Founding Partner of FMAudit, has a
powerful background in software development. He is a pioneer in
developing cost-recovery and print management software. Kevin is
the developmental architect of the FMAudit solution.
Greg Allen, FMAudit’s CFO and COO, previously blended his
accounting degree and CPA knowledge with practical hands-on
working experience as the operations manager at large, independent
copier dealers. Greg then worked as CFO and Vice President of
Marketing for OMD. This added to his detailed knowledge of how
software can be used to automate a copier dealer’s profitability.
Greg Allen next founded GT Technologies, a consulting firm and
developer of service management software.
In 2004 Kevin Tetu and Greg Allen saw the need for an
all-inclusive MPS solution. They transitioned GT Technologies from
selling Service Management Software to offering Managed Print
Service Solutions. They were now able to market FMAudit Software
through the established distribution channels of GT technologies.
Together they have guided and developed the newest and most
advanced generation of MPS software solutions and training

The heart of the FMAudit’s system is the Central® Server. It is a
data repository that holds all of the usage data from the dealer’s
customer’s accounts. The information may be maintained in-house or
at a hosted location. The dealer has control of the complete
confidentiality of the sensitive customer information.
The
FMAudit Central® Server ensures accurate meter readings. A
customer portal enables customer validation of meter readings
online. Clients simply log in with their username and password.
Administrative controls allow the dealer to decide what is seen.
The dealer can pull printer/MFP fleet reports with a secure login.
Customized database reports can identify the Total Cost of
Ownership (TCO), Asset Listing and Detailed Meter Reports.
