All cartridges are post tested, held for 24 hours and re-tested before shipment. All compatibles hold the necessary patents as to not infringe on any of the intellectual property rights of the OEM manufacturers.

Image Star recently launched a cartridge recycling program. Full details are available at www.imagestar.com. Image Star will pay for return shipping of any cartridge for recycling. Some cores have a dollar value that will be applied to your account. Image Star is providing resellers and their customers a no cost way to dispose of these products rather than having the un-recycled cartridges end up in landfills. Normally, 95% of the cartridges collected are recycled and used to produce replacement products. 5% are sent to a waste facility where metals and other raw materials are extracted and recycled.
